Ready Set Mindful offers Online Therapy services to clients residing in Florida, Washington and Vermont in accordance with the standards set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the state licensing boards. We use a video-call application called Doxy that’s designed specifically for healthcare use. It’s similar to Zoom, but its full-encryption and HIPAA-compliance keeps your privacy preserved and sessions confidential.

Online therapy offers a convenient way for busy, on the go peeps to engage in therapy + coaching from the comfort of your car, office or home. You can even be in your PJ’s..always a judgment free zone!

60 minute initial assessment to comprehensively assess your health history and therapy goals. Superbills can also be provided for potential reimbursement to your insurance.
50 minute therapy sessions after the initial assessment. Superbills can also be provided for potential reimbursement to your insurance.
50 minute therapy session for couples. Superbills can also be provided for potential reimbursement to your insurance.
Rate for college student athletes that are paying for therapy on their own. Superbills can also be provided for potential reimbursement to your insurance.
Rate for active duty military members and spouses. Superbills can also be provided for potential reimbursement to TRICARE.
